AssetMetrix Support

Technical support for the AssetMetrix Service, including LiveInventory and XPLORE subscriptions, has been transitioned to Microsoft and will now be delivered through the Microsoft Support team until June 30th 2008.

To request support for your current subscription please call: 1-800-936-4900

*All customers with a current AssetMetrix subscription must present their MS Support Access ID upon calling for support. This Access ID ensures you are properly supported in a timely and efficient manner and also prevents any AssetMetrix related calls from being billed against any Microsoft support agreements your organization may currently have in place.

If you do not have an Access ID, but have a valid AssetMetrix subscription and require support, please either contact your AssetMetrix Reseller or AssetMetrix Directly for assistance in obtaining this 9 digit Access ID.
